No item is to be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made.<br>

All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults and without warranty expressed or implied. It is your responsibility to inspect the items prior to bidding on them. Auction Company and/or consignors not responsible for accidents after items are sold. <br>

Sale on all items is subject to seller approval. Auction company reserves the right to confirm the sale with the seller, and bid on behalf of the seller, if necessary. <br>

Items with a known reserve may have a red 'R' below the lot number. The 'R' will turn green once the reserve has been met. Absence of the 'R' does not mean that there is not a reserve on the item. <br>

All Sheridan Realty & Auction Co. Online Only Auctions are timed events that have an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed on an item within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes on that item. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 6:00 pm receives a bid at 5:59 pm, the close time of the auction automatically extends to 6:05 pm. The auto-extend feature remains active on a per-item basis until no further bids are received within the 5 minute time frame.<br>
