By bidding in a Sheridan Realty & Auction co. auction you agree to these terms: All sales made only in accordance with these terms. Please read them carefully. By registering to bid, or placing a bid, you accept and agree to abide by these terms. <br>
1. Buyer’s Premium: A five percent (5%) buyer’s premium will be added to each successful bid. <br>
2. Sales Tax: No sales tax will be charged. <br>
3. Bidding: All bidding will be handled through Proxibid. We assume no responsibility for failure to execute bids for any reason. If you are the successful bidder, your total price will be the gavel price plus the Buyer’s Premium of five percent (5%). Bid increments are at the auctioneer’s discretion. Credit card information must accompany your bid, even if you do not plan to charge your purchase. <br>
4. Payment: All bidders must pay promptly upon notice of successful bid(s). Payment must be received by Monday, August 17, 2009. Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Funds will be accepted. <br>
5. As/Where is: All items in this auction are sold as is, where is, with no guarantee. Sheridan Realty & Auction Co. does not guarantee or make warranties on any items sold. Descriptions in the catalog are an opinion. We strongly recommend you personally view any item you bid on or have an acknowledged expert view the item. Sheridan Realty & Auction Co. will have no obligation to refund or return items. <br>
6. Catalog Descriptions: Although we do our best to provide good descriptions, no portion of any description is guaranteed. 7. Invoicing: Successful bidders should receive their invoices by email within 24 hours of the end of the online bidding, and must pay by the close of business (5 PM) Monday, August 17, 2009.<br>
8. Removal: Purchase is final upon the auctioneer’s pronouncement of “sold”, and the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for the purchase at this point. Load out will be available after full settlement has been made Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, until Friday, September 11, 5:00 PM. You or your pick up person will be required to provide a copy of your paid invoice at the time of load out. You must arrange your own shipping through a private carrier. <br>
