Land Information: The land is a rolling terrain and consists of grassland, small cropland, and timber areas. This property would be suitable for cattle, or wildlife recreation. The property consists of two windmills and set tanks for watering livestock and also has good perimeter fencing. Good access by the county road on the north just a few miles from Highway 183.

Surface Terms: 10% down payment at the signing of the purchase contract. All Real Estate will be sold subject to confirmation by the District Court of Harper County Oklahoma. You may use a personal check for the deposit. The property is being sold as is, where is, with all faults. Bidding is NOT contingent on the Buyers ability to secure financing. The buyer shall have 15 days after receiving abstract within which to have an attorney of his/her choice examine the title. Title will transfer by Warranty Deed.<br>
