Legal Description: The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E/2 SE/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Thirty-three (33) South, Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.M., in Harper County, Kansas.
Physical Location: The farmland is located approximately 8 miles West of Anthony Kansas on K-2 Highway, then approximately ½ mile South on 80th Ave (Waldron Road). The farm is located on the West side of the road. Watch for signs.
Soil Information: The farmland is comprised 63.5% Ruella loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes, followed by 29.5% Woodward - Quinlan loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes, with the balance mainly in Drummond loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes.
FSA Information: As per the Harper County Farm Service Agency, records show 77.63 Farmland Acres, a 33 Bushel Wheat Base Yield, and 69.1 Base Cropland Acres.

This particular 80 acres has been held by there family since the 1950’s and they have decided to give someone else the opportunity to own the land. This individual tract has great access from the Waldron road, and is just ½ mile from K-2 highway. Slightly rolling terrain is terraced with productive farmland, and would also provide an opportunity for a new home site. Be sure to attend this auction on July 17th in Anthony Kansas.
