Responsibility: Firearms are Dangerous. By purchasing through this<br>
system you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the<br>
firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose. You are assuming<br>
all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it. You are<br>
responsible for checking all local laws before bidding or using an item from Sheridan<br>
Realty &amp; Auction Co. or any manufacturer whose product is sold here. You are<br>
responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area.<br>

Sheridan Realty &amp; Auction Co. (hereinafter referred to as Auction<br>
Co.) at its sole discretion, may ban from further use any buyer or seller which<br>
Auction Co. believes to have in any way misrepresented itself or any item selling,<br>
failed to abide by the terms, or conducted any improper auction behavior as<br>
determined solely by Auction Co. Any seller who misrepresented their items and any<br>
buyer who improperly fails to carry through with a purchase will be banned from any<br>
further use and may be subject to additional legal<br>
actions.<br>

Auctions are timed events that have an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed on an item<br>
within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5<br>
minutes on that item. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 6:00 pm receives a<br>
bid at 5:59 pm, the close time of the auction automatically extends to 6:05 pm. The<br>
auto-extend feature remains active on a per-item basis until no further bids are<br>
received within the 5 minute time frame.<br>
