Item Drop Off:
Every Tuesday from 9 am till 2 pm or by appointment by contacting Eric Bannan at 989-666-0664.
Please be sure to have a consignment form made out for your items. They will be available on line as well as at the auction site. There is a $5 per item listing fee and 10% Sellers fee.
Items dropped off the week before the sale end date will be featured on the following sale.
Inspection Dates & Times:
Inspections welcomed during posted drop off times, the day before the sale from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, or by appointment.
Item Load Out:
Items can be paid for and picked up on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 9am till 1 pm at 1007 S. Washington St., Owosso.
Items located at other locations must be paid for at the Owosso office located at 1007 S. Washington St., Owosso before they can be picked up.
Items left more than 7 days after the scheduled load out will be subject to a $5.00 per day storage fee. Items left more than 30 days after the load out will be forfeited and resold. In the event that sale items are located at another facility, payment must be made at the auction house in Owosso. Those items must be picked up on the set load out day.

This auction will feature staggered endings. It will be closing 4 lots per minute beginning at 7 pm.
